Where are your sessions done?

I am located in Colby Village on Hampton Green in Dartmouth, NS and accept bookings by appointment only.

When should I book for a newborn session?

I recommend that you book your appointment anywhere between one to two months before your due date in order to reserve a date.  Please note that you can still contact me if your baby is in your arms as well! I could have spots available that week. 

 

I aim to do newborn photos when they are between 5-14 days old. I recommend you book your session before baby's arrival to ensure you get a spot.  With that said, I have also photographed babies around 3-5 weeks old as well.

I'm happy to photograph babies at any age.

What happens if I have the baby early or late?

This can certainly happen so I reserve a date around a week after your due date and can be flexible moving it if the baby comes early or late. I would need to be informed as soon as you can that you had your baby early to avoid getting a date too late. Same if the baby missed their due date, keep me posted but I will follow up as well.

I would like family photos, what should we wear?

Neutral colours are always the best. Avoid any clothing with brand names or

wording on them.

How long will it take to see the photos?

Around one week after the photo session, I will email you a link to an online viewing gallery of your session.  Turn around time for editing your chosen images can be up to 2-3 weeks after you have selected your images from the online gallery.

How many images come with the session?

Your package choice will show how many images are included. I do not provide unedited images from your gallery. Additional images are available for purchase. A price list will be sent with all viewing galleries and you can contact me with any questions.
